Vitamin D dosage is the only part of the OMS recommendations where weight (which would include body fat of course) is a factor as vitamin D is fat soluble. Professor Jelinek suggests 5000IU for an adult weighing 50kg and regular testing. You may need more.
So your weight, and body fat, is not a factor in omega 3 consumption. If it was, Professor Jelinek would say so. So just follow the 9 month program. Remember too you should be taking plenty of flaxseed oil. Wendy
