Op het OMS forum vond ik een post van George Jelinek, met daarin een link naar een zeer interessant filmpje van Dr. Michael Greger over ziekte en voeding e.d.:

This is another fascinating video by Dr Greger, what struck me particularly in this MS segment was that Swank reported at 3 1/2 year, 5 1/2 year, 7 year, 20 year and 34 year intervals, and 15 patients were even tracked down after 50 years and they all looked amazing!
That Swank proved that slacking off on the diet and eating even 8 grams of saturated fat more a day caused a striking increase in disability rate.
And that just a single fatty meal of say sausage and eggs can make our blood cells stick together ie sludging causing clogging of capillaries.
